A Resounding Success: Riverside Homes Custom’s Clay Shoot Raises $33,220 for Inheritance of Hope
Riverside Homes Custom, community and compassion are woven into everything we do.
Our inaugural Clay Shoot Fundraiser held on October 7th at Jacksonville Clay Target Sports was more than just a day of sporting clays—it was a celebration of support for Inheritance of Hope, a remarkable nonprofit devoted to serving families facing the challenges of terminal illness. The day was filled with energy, camaraderie, and a shared commitment to making a difference. Thanks to the collective generosity from our sponsors and participants, we raised an astounding $33,220.32. The funds raised will have a profound impact, providing comfort, resources, and unforgettable experiences for families during their most difficult times.
Riverside Homes Custom President, Matt Birdwell, spearheaded the charity event, a cause deeply personal to him and his family. Having volunteered Inheritance of Hope for years, they have witnessed firsthand the profound impact of its work.
The Clay Shoot was about more than just friendly competition; it was about creating a legacy of hope. “We may not be able to change the challenges these families face, but we can bring comfort, smiles, and hope into their lives,” shared Matt. “Every family deserves moments of joy, and every act of kindness creates a ripple. Seeing the difference we can make together fuels our commitment to this cause.”
Our community’s generosity truly shone. Each dollar raised means more support, joyful moments, and cherished memories for families traveling unimaginably tough journeys. Jill Thompson, Inheritance of Hope Public Relations Director, expressed her gratitude: “When the community rallies behind our families, it brings them hope and a sense of belonging—they know they don’t have to face this alone. Riverside Homes Custom has made a real difference, and we’re endlessly thankful for their heart and dedication.”
An event of this magnitude would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors. View the full article.
